Privacy policy.
This explains what personal data Hired collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Who we are
Hired (https://hiredd.in) is operated by Quik Hire (quik-hire.com). We are the data controller for the information described below. Privacy questions and requests: info@quik-hire.com.
2. What we collect
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name, work email, company, whether you are an expert or an AI lab, your topic and message | You submit the contact form | To route your enquiry and reply to it |
| Page visited, referring page, campaign tags (UTM), browser user-agent | Submitted alongside the form | To answer in context and understand which pages prompt enquiries |
| Usage analytics — pages viewed, scroll depth, clicks on job links | Only if you accept analytics cookies | To see which content is useful |
Please do not send identity documents, financial details or other sensitive information through the form.
3. Legal basis
- Legitimate interests — replying to an enquiry you chose to send, and keeping the site secure.
- Consent — analytics cookies, which you can refuse or withdraw at any time.
4. Who else processes it
- Google — form submissions are stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script; analytics run on Google Analytics 4.
- Vercel — hosts the site and processes server logs.
We do not sell personal data. Where data moves between countries our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
5. Job listings are not ours
Hired does not host job listings. Links to roles go to joblet.ai, a separate service with its own privacy policy.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries — up to 24 months after our last exchange.
- Analytics — per the retention configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.
7. Your rights
Under the UK/EU GDPR, India's DPDP Act 2023, California's CCPA/CPRA and similar laws you can ask us to provide a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email info@quik-hire.com — we reply within 30 days, and you will never be treated differently for asking. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
Essential cookies (your cookie choice, drawer and banner state) are always on. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them — until then Google Analytics is blocked by default via Google Consent Mode. Change your mind any time via cookie settings.
9. Changes
Updates are reflected in the date at the top of this page.
